  2. To use this Adobe Photoshop extension, drag it into your specified Plug-ins folder.

DirectCursors is a Photoshop plug-in that modifies how the Macintosh draws some cursors.  For painting tools, it enables the display of brush cursors bigger than 16 pixels in diameter.  It also improves the display of some cursors, such as for the lasso tool, to make them easier to see when moving over middle gray areas when the monitor is set to either thousands or millions of colors.
